My latest endeavour has been in the field of Baking and Pastry Arts where I have worked to build a specialized knowledge of allergen-free baking techniques with specific emphasis on modifying recipes to be gluten-free. In January 2013, I earned my culinary Associates Degree from Stratford University in Virginia.
Prior to using my kitchen for science experiments, I worked as a CPA at a local accounting firm in Northern Virginia. I like to read (currently addicted to young adult fiction), hike, bake, cook, hang out with friends and laugh.
