Baking Q&As – Mine, Yours, and Ours

Hi All,

I often have questions about different types of ingredients and how they might work in a recipe.  Sometimes I do web research. Other times I ask friends.  Sometimes friends even ask me questions.  I’m going to use this page and its subpages as a way to keep track of all these questions and all the wonderful responses.  Let me know if you have a question or answer!
